Orzo is Italy's beloved national drink.
 Orzo means "barley" in Italian.
 This non-caffeinated barley tea has a refined sweetness and a deep, rich flavor, and is more fragrant and full-bodied than Japanese barley tea.
 For this reason, in Italy it is extracted like espresso and is popular as a caffeine-free "barley coffee," but we have also made it available in tea bags specially for use in Japan, so that it can be easily consumed on a daily basis!
 It's delicious when brewed with hot water and drunk straight, mixed with milk to make orzo latte, or mixed with amazake (sweet sake) on cold days for a delicious drink!
